Wehave gottena fewreports of people steal killing. I do not know if this was by accident or on purpose, as I was not there. Though I believe that everyone here is too nice and kind to do something like that on purpose.Steal killing is when one player has pulled a monster and someone else not in group takes (or steals) the monster from the original player.I wanted to give a friendly reminder toeveryone that this type of behavior is not tollerable. It gives not only the person doing it, but also the guild a bad image. I do not want our family to have a bad image, as this reflects on everyone of us.We are a coopertive guild and aim to help out those that we can, in and out of guild.I know everyone here are great people. I just wanted to reinforce the above and remind everyone to try to be carefull. I know accidents happen. They have to all of us and they will in the future. Just be carefull and do not steal kill on purpose, no matter the mob. If a situation seems useless and hopeless and a monster is being camped, there are options that be tried. One of the ones that I usualy do is talk with the other players. At the Verdent camp, we had a full group with a few others there as well. Instead of fighting to grab one, we talked to them and took sections of an area. This is a great guild, with great people. I want to keep it this way and continue with our great image. If not for the members, this guild and family would be nothing. Let us keep up the great work, and most of all have FUN!Thank you, Peace,Sarrene'

I try not to KS if possible and at night normally it is possible to share and play nice and not KS, however if im working on a quest that has an area that is heavy camped, im going to take adds, if you say be nice to everyone and let 1 group in, and another group comes why should i be nice and let that group also? You get to the point were your waiting your whole game play time by being nice? I dont mind waiting 1 spawn pop but im not going to waste my good time by just giving mobs to other groups. Like I said I try to play nice and get along with other groups, but I am not just going to roll over and let people walk over me.

From what I read of Sara's post, it did give options that work very well to prevent KSing overly camped mobs. Try using them first.

I tend to try to go somewhere else when there are to many in an area.  Early morning or late night seems to be the best times to try the high traffic areas .

Our Reputation is very important to us.  We are a family guild and we want to help all Family and people we meet along the path.  How we work and react to the people we meet is how they are going to remember us and pass on how we were and a good reputation can go a long way to making this a strong family.

One good way to prevent KSing, and a big headache in highly trafficed areas is simply party.  In fact, it's a awesome way to complete your objectives more quickly...and even meet a few good people.  Now, I  understand at times you may not want to...and even not possible.  But as Jon, and Sarra said...as a Andronnai member you are not only representing yourself but all of Andronnai.  I as well...won't allow players to roll over me, but I do my very best to be kind and polite.  Instead of getting mad, and frustrated...trying being a little kind, and polite...I've learned a kind heart will get you SO much further in this cruel world rather than a negative one.  :P

Be safe, and Happy hunting...

Well said Imperium.  Working with others even when its not "necessary" can go a long way toward helping Andronnai grow in membership and reputation also.
