I wanted to ask a question:
Who here is a real GM in the alliance guilds?
The reasion why i ask is because while I am gone, the GM's of the alliance are going to have to get their buts in gear if they want anything done. I am not the leader of he alliance, I never have been.. and I cannot make people get on, be active, go where everyone wants, rvr, quest, pl, ml, and so on. It is not my job, never has been my job. I am part of it, yes.. but I am not the boss.
All GM's here are part of the alliance, and therefor have their responcibilities in the alliance as well.
Recruting for their own guilds, Helping with other guilds (bringing in other guilds, clearing out guilds that are on the "no Go" lists and so on. This is not just my job, but every one of us here.
While I am gone, and unable to get in the game, I hope and pray that the alliance does not fall apart. This is what I am seeing right now. Between excuses for leaving or not getting on and then of course, no one doing anything yet wanting everything done for them in their own "perfect" way.. Its discuraging.
Over all, if you want people to come back to the game, and/or stay, one needs to step outside their own shell, and actualy do something with out being told to, or leaving it up to someone else.
Each and every one of the GM's here in the alliance has a responcibility in keeping this alliance strong and healthy. That does go for me also, I know. I am not excluding myself here.
However, in recent weeks (befor my comp went boom) All I did was farm kill tasks for people, pl people at orcs, trinket to pay rents, buy items people needed and run people through ml steps. Nothing else. I asked a few times if anyone wanted to play on smaller toons, but most were out in the Labrinth. I understand, it is fun and new. However, when there are things to get done, someone is going to have to help out here.
Niquole is GM also for Andronnai, and I would hate to see her end up with everything that has been left on my shoulders. While I am gone, a few aught not hold all the responcibility, it needs to be shared.
Grouping out in rvr has not been a problem, expecialy since Lab came out. I have not ever seen one person get ignored when asked to join someone else out in rvr. (Despite the recent claims) However, I have seen it happen a few times to those that actualy like to play little toons and quest and explore.
The problem here is that since I am not able to get on, someone is going to have to take care of the rents, help build up the alliance.. get their own members more involved. Get out of the shells if you will.
Okay, Im done ranting now. I hope that once I am able to get back in game, there will be an alliance left to come back to. If not, I will be very sad, but I will at least know where everyone else stands.

well im a bit scared.. LOL theres no way i could take over completley.. first of all i dont have a toon that can farm enough to pay rent for all the houses. secondly i am VERY busy at work. for those that dont know im a dairy manager and the holidays are very rough store-wise. i try to be on at least once every day but there will be some days, starting today, that i wont be on from being tired or whatever.
i will try to do as much as i can though i dont want anyone thinking im just going to let it go but as i said i dont have someone that can pay rent. i dont even have anyone that can trinket. i do have an alchemist but shes not high enough.. shes like 640-ish so i could work on her to help with potions. but in that it takes time and time is not what i have atm.
i dont know who all the gm's are of the guilds besides myself,sara,tyler and chip/scott. so for those that are reading this please let me know who you are and what guild gm you are! whether its here responding or on game or a pm something to let me know. we do need to get together and try to come up with ways to get this alliance active and going again so guilds will not leave. i agree with sara 100% there!
as far as the "gimme's and i want's now exactly how i say"... you know who you are and you need to stop. no one minds helping out but there are some that are a little extreme. if theres something you want badly get a group of us together and try doing it as a group. even if you dont need a group for it it may still be a fun thing to do with a bunch together. i know i know i know... no ones hardly on.. well that is what this forum is for! post your idea here somewhere and hopefully we can get things going!!!

Well, I have been extremely busy the last couple of weeks with end of semester work and finals, so I have not been in game other than to pay my personal rents.
As far as farming goes, I dont mind farming orcs or anything else we need farmed, I have a fire wiz that can farm bounty items and a necro or minstrel that can do orcs. Also I have a lgm Alchemist that can make potions, but I can't do everything either. And my time in DAoC is limited now because of the holidays and the fact I am beta testing another game. And when the holidays are over, I will be taking 6 classes next semester, so I wont have much time then either. I have always been willing to do anything I could for anyone that asked. I have power leveled many toons at orcs, done many arti encounters, farmed scrolls, done ML steps that I can do, donated bounty items, to name a few.
As far as leading the alliance goes, I simply do not have the time to do more than I already am. I post here and am active on the forums as much as I can be. I normally visit here several times a day, when I have the time. I also donated to the fund to pay for these boards, because I don't think that should all fall on Sara either.
Anyway, I dont really have anything more to say. I will try to be in game more over the holidays, but I cant promise anything. Unless I decide I dont like the beta, then I will be on Perc every day for countless hours. (sometimes I think I should get a life lol)

Ivory GM In Sacred Hearts, The Keepers and of course Prosapia Amicitia. I have been trying to do orcs for 2 weeks now to help out. I have the necro but not a cleric or I have a cleric. Both are on the same account. I can't do them alone, sorry I did try playing 3 toons to do it myself but I am just no good at it. I guess I need more practice. However someone I dont even know helped out with a cleric for a while so I did get a bit of salvage which I am working on now, I dont think it is nearly enough though. So if anyone has a cleric, necro or sorc, I am more than happy to do orcs and get the rents paid each week. Actually I love doing orcs, just need some help please. The lag was terrible havig 2 accounts logged in on one pc. I got us killed a few times.
Also I don't mind Pling anyone who wants xp while I am at orcs, so bring the babys and lets get this thing started! I am ready any time.
BTW how many houses are there and how much plat do i need to pay them all? I don't think I can get in all the alliance houses, but will do what I can.

I am not rubbing anything in anyones face, only telling how I am trying to do my part. Not everyone can afford to donate or even feels its worth it to do so. I gave that because I wanted to. Plain and simple.
I apologize to anyone who was offended by my post.
